By booking an appointment with Maya Kiran Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our official booking system or direct contact.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

2. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking.
Deposits can be transferred if sufficient notice is given (see cancellation policy below).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit will be lost
No-shows: full treatment cost may be charged

4. Consultations

All treatments are subject to a full consultation.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not deemed safe or appropriate.

Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Medical Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation of treatment and loss of deposit.

6. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments.
Valid ID may be required.

7. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

We accept the following payment methods:

Card payments
Cash
Clearpay

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are provided once a treatment has been carried out.

However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will assess any concerns appropriately.

9. Treatment Results

Individual results vary depending on factors such as lifestyle, skin type, and aftercare.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Aftercare

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.
We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

11. Liability

Maya Kiran Aesthetics will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where all procedures and aftercare have been correctly followed and no relevant medical history was disclosed.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
